What happened
The employee was standing near the Bread Oven control panel to check the oven temps when they noticed that pans were jamming at the unloader. They went up the stairs to the other side to fix the pans. Once they were done they came back up over the stairs (5 steps) and when they walked down the stairs their foot missed the step and they fell through the side of the stairs (Between the handrail and the steps) which was about 4.5. The employee was not using the handrails when this occurred.
