Normal Job Duties

2 pans were stuck together in the bread pan unstacker had fallen and were blocking the arms from coming all the way down to pick up the next stack. The employee saw them and turned the machine into manual mode to try to raise the arms however when the arms came down the pans stopped them from going all the way down but the chains in the back kept moving creating a lot of slack in the chains. When they tried to raise them the arms did not move due to the slack so they thought it wasnt working. They pushed the E-stop and stepped into the unstacker to try to remove the pans but could not free them so they proceeded to use their foot to kick them out from under the arms. When the pans freed the arms dropped due to the slack in the chains and pinned their leg between the arms and the infeed conveyor.
