Walking

While walking on campus to begin her shift EE had just parked her car while a young male was there with a dog on the helipad. The pomeranian dog took off running and the owner proceeded to yell [REDACTED] and I 'm sorry and the dog bit her on the right posterior knee. The EE had to kick the dog. EE then cleaned the bite with alcohol and reported to Occupational Health office to notify of the incident. EE was taken over to the ED for dog bite. Dog bite was cleaned with soap and water. Police were notified police report written: MCSO 250FF001534. Animal control contacted and report written. Tdap given. Antibiotics ordered. Rabies prophylaxis given in ED due to no rabies record on dog. EE denies any medical history. No previous workers comp.
