EE states she was walking to lunch from the [REDACTED] building she stepped off the curb and hurt her knee. EE states she caught herself and she didn 't fall. EE continued to work. EE states she is now having pain in her left knee and feels like it is hyperextending. EE denies any pain to upper and lower left extremity. EE denies any witnesses to event. EE states that initialy she did not have any pain until today when she reported her incident. PMH: non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. obesity. PSH: C-section cholecystectomy Medication history: Tramadol PRN for pain for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease- last dose [REDACTED]. Denies any previous workers comp and musculoskeletal injuries.
