Transporting Patient

EE was seen in the [REDACTED] at Mariners after contacting OHO and sustaining a work related injury at __R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]__ while transfering a patient from the [REDACTED] to the ICU. EE states I was assisting with a patient transfer from [REDACTED] to ICU. I went to walk around the patient stretcher and tripped. I tripped at the top of the stretcher and landed to brace my knees. But I fell on my right knee and right shoulder. I also hit my left knee. EE was with the House Supervisor at the time of the incident and house supervisor contacted OHO to report. EE was treated in the [REDACTED]. Bilateral knee xrays and right shoulder imaging was ordered. Xray results: Right knee nondisplaced patellar fracture. Left knee no evidence of fracture or traumatic malalignment. Right shoulder no evidence of fracture or dislocation. Percocet and ibuprofen ordered PRN and knee immobilizer with walker given at discharge. MRI orders written for bilateral knees and right shoulder. All MRI schedu
