[REDACTED] was in-between the motor cage and working on correcting the issue and [REDACTED] was adjacent to him standing on the conveyor with his hands resting on the material feed that passes in front of the saw blades. [REDACTED] was having trouble with a bolt and when he managed to free it up the whole mount with the motor attached came down and landed upon [REDACTED]?s left hand that was on top of the material feed
