What happened
When pushing the box into the track of the case taper she bumped her elbow into the metal guide piece of the case taper. There was no cut or broken skin on her elbow from the impact.
Injury or illness
She had moderate elbow pain immediately afterwards but she did not think it was anything significant. 3 days later the elbow became swollen and irritated as it became infected. There was no fracture in the elbow the cellulitis infection was just in the skin of her elbow.
