What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the employee was removing drains using a wizzer bar with a claw end. While attempting to lift a drain the employee experienced difficulty dislodging it. Video footage shows the employee slightly lifting the drain with the wizzer bar then using his left hand to grip the elevated edge. As he did so the drain slipped off the claw end of the wizzer bar and struck his left hand’s middle finger.
