What happened
Employee states As I was walking into work on the concrete sidewalk west entrance of the hospital it was raining and I slipped falling backward onto my back. After getting up I began experiencing pain in the mid upper and lower right side of my back. I noted one of the leaders coming toward me and I asked her what I should do She advised me to go to the emergency room. I followed her recommendation and went to the ER.
