What happened
Team member was changing a filter in the HVAC unit in the maintenance shop. While changing the filter their finger got a cut on the top of their knuckle. The employee was bleeding pretty bad so we started first aid the bleeding was steady for roughly 15 minutes or so HR took them to the hospital for treatment.
