What happened
Employee loaded a pallet onto tilt table by [REDACTED]. The pallet fell over so he repositioned the pallet. While the 2nd operator was loading a roll onto tilt table the 1st operator was holding the pallet in place. As the roll was being placed against the pallet the 1st operators ' finger was under the pallet resulting in his finger being smashed. 1st operator pulled his finger away and noticed it was injured and reported to process tech.
