I was traveling for work to attend the [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] and was participating in a scheduled work-related vendor-hosted networking activity.
What happened
On [REDACTED] while participating in a work-related vendor-hosted networking activity at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games [REDACTED] I was involved in a collision and immediately experienced chest rib pain. On [REDACTED] due to continued pain I sought medical care at MD Now Urgent Care and was subsequently referred to the emergency department at HCA Florida Millenia Emergency (Osceola Hospital). At the emergency department I underwent diagnostic imaging received medication and a pain patch was observed for several hours and was discharged the same day.
