was in quarantine (with Tyvek w footies & boots) walking down stairs at back of quarantine holding slipped on a stair and fell 2 stairs to landing. Landed on feet but twisted right knee may have heard noise unsure. Felt sore immediately afterwards but not very painful or limited in mobility. started noticing more pain and potential mobility issue at end of day.
