Employee was lifting boxes in Repack area.

Employee reported back pain due to repetitive lifting and bending. It started at dock door 25 he and another employee were loading a container with bigger heavier multi packs. Overuse of his back caused pain. Later that day he was driving the forklift and ran over a sewer cap on the floor that jarred his back even more. He said he tried to stretch after that and the pain got worse. He also repacks daily and states the bending lifting aggravated it and it 's not improving.
