Employee was having issues with his left hand falling asleep at night and during the day. He wanted to get it evaluated by his physician. They ran a Nerve Induction Test that day (3 4 25) to see if there is anything going on with that. The test results came back on 3 [REDACTED] and showed that he has moderate to severe Carpal Tunnel from repetitive motion. It was recommended by his physician to have surgery on this hand.
