What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] pst [REDACTED] reached out to me to let me know she had gotten opticide in her right eye. She flushed with water flushed with eye wash contacted [REDACTED] who provided additional eye washing steps and after she was still experiencing vision distortion. [REDACTED] suggested 911 [REDACTED] declined and i provided her a ride to peace health [REDACTED] where she is currently being seen as i open this. TF: Exposure was due to a strap saturated with Opticide flapping resulting in a few drops splashing directly into the eye.
