Remote employee that has been doing field work for 18+ years. Started developing tingling in fingers and pain in wrist and elbow. Overtime started to get worse. Worked on multiple instillations. Work requires working with tools screw drivers laptop work awakrd hand positions repetivie tasks adjustmenting knobs etc. Work is long and can last days at a time.
What happened
Condition started bothering employee in [REDACTED]. Employee sought medical attention. Started feeling pain on and off around [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] such as tingling numbness in pinky finger wake up in morning getting numb progressed over time pain in elbow. In [REDACTED] employee was doing install working with co worker lifting heavy items on a ladder and he slipped and [REDACTED] had weight impact him. This was put in the CAPA system. Employee has a previous shoulder injury and surgery.
