Worker stated he had just towed A C and was putting the chucks at the wheel well tires.

He went to walk under the middle of the A C belly to cross over to the L H wheel well to put the chucks at the tires and his head struck the frame of the wheel well cutting the top of the L H side of his head. This caused a laceration.
