Before the incident

While traying off at UBE # 1 employee pulled with left hand the tray from the infeed conveyer down to the roller table to begin stocking the tray with product to send down the conveyer line. While pulling the tray the employee pulled the tray down to the roller table too quickly this caused the plastic tray to bounce once tray made contact with roller table the tray bounced up on the opposite side which led to the right side of the tray being held by the left hand to become struck by the tray on the left pinky knuckle area resulting in some soreness light bruising and slight discoloration.

What happened
