What happened
[REDACTED] was escalating in the EOS hallway after shower stating they did not want to go back into the endcap. I was trying to verbally redirect [REDACTED] and validate their feelings. [REDACTED] came up and attem[REDACTED]ed to grab at my nose stud. I tried redirecting with hand squeezes and walking. [REDACTED] walked away threatened another staff member came back to me and before I could fully pull down my helmet [REDACTED] hammer punched me in the head causing an immediate red spot.
