WHILE IN FRONT OF THE FORKLIFT THE LOAD BECAME UNSTEADY AND FELL OFF THE FORKS OF THE FORKLIFT. A CORNER OF THE UPPER MOST BEAM CAME IN CONTACT WITH EMPLOYEE 'S LEFT LOWER LEG RESULTING IN A LACERATION.
