A worker was pulling portfolio papers out for a truck out of a plastic container in the work area.
What happened
A worker was grabbing a portfolio out of a plastic storage box container for a truck. The worker pulled back to get the papers out of the stack as they got caught and as the worker was completing this action the papers came loose and jabbed the worker with the corner of the portfolio in the eye. The worker had on safety glasses but when the worker pulled back to get the papers loose the papers came towards the worker 's face causing the safety glasses to push up and causing the injury.
