What happened
A worker was working in the AJV VacAll Debris tank area completing confined space attendant work. The welder was welding and out of the corner of the welders eye saw the attendant fall. There was no notable hazard in immediate proximity. The welder came out of the tank and had another welder come over to assist the confined space attendant while they went to get help. The ambulance was immediately called and the worker was transported for treatment.
