What happened
The team member #1 was working on the Timesaver 2nd machine belt attempting to manually distress the conveyor belt. With the assistance of team member #2 they attempted to hold a board with 60 grid sandpaper on the back on top of the conveyor belt to distress the top of the conveyor belt. Once pressure was applied the conveyor belt jerked the board forward pinching team member #1 's 2nd digit on the right hand between the board and the lindomatic housing.
