Before the incident
The employee used a dolly to move the roll end to the racking by the drop zone bulk inspection. The tipped the roll end over so it fell onto the pallet that was on the ground (under the shelf of the racking). The pallet had some belts on it already.
What happened
They crouched down and picked up the one end of the roll that was sticking off the pallet and pushed on it to slide it over so it was stacked straight on the pallet. It didn 't slide since it was on top of other belts. They pushed harder and that is when they felt pain in the lower back.
