Before the incident
Starting a length in AutoBlowout Bay #2 taking a length off the drum on let-off and putting it onto the large accumulator.
What happened
As the length started and was pulled onto the large accumulator a snag occurred causing a cascade effect: accumulator stopped hose on drum started to pool and operator tried to hand-stop the drum to prevent a mess. This pulled them along with the drum causing them to flip over it and strike the floor with their right elbow. Given a steroid injection wound wrap prescription meds restrictions and time off.
