Before the incident
Working in a public housing unit repairing bathtub ceiling. First was repairing ceiling and felt pain in knee when stepping down the ladder. Did not report to the supervisor. Then when fixing a bathtub and was stepping out of the tub felt a popping sound in his knee. Did not file a report right away.
What happened
No Injury was reported at the time it happened. Employee notified supervisor HR [REDACTED] after feeling more pain in his knee. Was sent to Concentra Medical Center but was cleared to work. Stayed at home due to the pain. Returned to duty after 6 days.
