Before the incident
Employee was at the pan-o-mat and lifted a tray with dough and when he went to empty the dough and return the tray he felt a pop in his left arm. His arm started swelling and reported numbness and limited mobility. He continued working for approximately one hour hoping it was just a cramp which did not subside and symptoms actually worsened and wanted to seek medical attention.
