The employee had used a knife to cut some teeth and then grabbed the belt trim excess and pulled it back away from the main belt. They were still holding onto the belt trim to be able to pull it with the assisting coworker.

The coworker got done cutting and pulled hard on their side of the trim. This caused the employees arm to go backwards in a hyper extended motion.
