Unsure if it was from doing Towels lifting Top sheets or draw sheets onto the shelves. No pain in the morning felt it coming on after lunch and feels it was from doing towels and the motion of twisting and reach over to put them on the machine for folding and then even grabbing the stack and transferring onto the belt.
What happened
Feels it was from doing towels which is the motion of moving body left and right to grab towels and feeding them onto the Ironer for folding. And it could have been when grabbing the stack to add onto the belt for putting away on the shelves. Will pull on towels with one hand which could have caused tension to the injured arm.
