[REDACTED] was working with an OP at height lifting a sofa and pallet in order to place a pallet support underneath the pallet.

What happened

Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] 10 second shift manager [REDACTED] reported via radio to [REDACTED] that there was a pallet with a sofa on it in location [REDACTED] had fallen down onto the pipe for the in-rack sprinkler system. [REDACTED] responded to the area and noticed that the pallet support was missing and the pallet had fallen onto the small lip portion of the crossbeam meaning that a Reach truck 's forks would not be able to safely remove the pallet from the location. [REDACTED] determined he would need to get an OP and someone to assist him for the repair. He and [REDACTED] put on harnesses and lanyards and went up to the level on [REDACTED]. Together they lifted the carton and pallet so [REDACTED] could slide a pallet support into place under the pallet They successfully installed a pallet support [REDACTED] does not remember feeling a pain during this task. [REDACTED] returned to his work station at the battery changer. He performed a battery change and he was stepping down
