What happened
[REDACTED] attempted to complete the flight #2833 at [REDACTED] with the stationery cart #63398 but it was not working at the time. The supervisor on duty directed him to use the hydrant #571 to complete the flight. When disconnecting the pit coupler of the stationery from the pit the pressure in the pit coupler caused the fueler to twist his left arm and injure his left-hand thumb.
