As the fuel agent was driving on the service road going around the [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] he did not pay attention to the [REDACTED] highlift truck that had come to a stop at the designated stop sign due to an AE aircraft getting ready to cross. The fuel agent then rear ended the [REDACTED] highlift truck which caused neglible damage to the [REDACTED] truck and damage to the hydrant he was driving. the fuel agent reported he felt some pain to his back on impact and tightness on his left upper back muscles after.
