GSE mechanic was working on Hydrant [REDACTED] utilizing a ladder to check fault on hydrant. Once completed the GSE mechanic descended the ladder and upon putting his right leg on the floor he felt a hot pain behind his right knee and could no longer stand up straight. GSE mechanic did not fall as he had secured himself with 3 points of contact when descending from the ladder.
