Fuel agents ' foot got tangled in the bonding cable wire and fell while walking back to the Wagg fueling stand to stow the single point hose. Fuel agent refused medical care however she was instructed to still go through PC365 process to ensure she was evaluated. DAT procedure conducted. Fuel agent was instructed to do self-care and was good to return to work once DAT cleared. Fuel agent claimed continued pain from this injury on [REDACTED]. Changed from non recordable to recordable.
