driving to another clinic

I was driving in my personal car from PeaceHealth ST Joseph in [REDACTED] to the PeaceHealth cardiology clinic in [REDACTED] for echo coverage. While driving down on [REDACTED] and just before intersection of [REDACTED] I was rear-ended by another vehicle. I exchanged information of the other driver but an ambulance was not called or needed. I filed on online police report. After the event I had a headache and have occasional headaches since. I also stuck the back of the headrest thankfully airbag was not deployed. I have had upper back neck left shoulder muscle tightness and soreness since. I went to an urgent care office the [REDACTED] because symptoms were still present. They advised to continue monitoring but did not feel imaging was needed. If symptoms persist they suggested medical massage follow up with PCP.
