Patient was in an aggressive position in a boxing fighting stance. Patient needed medication but before they needed to be medicated patient needed to go into locking restraints. Patient would not Listen to verbal direction. Security started to walk closer to the patient to help guide them to the bed. Patient Swung and hit me in the head on my left cheek.
