What happened

Resident asked for assistance to use the bedpan after feeding her by this RN. She 's not happy that there 's no familiar CNA on the floor due to staffing. She lifted her bottom for 1-2 seconds and dropped it as quickly as possible. She was not cooperative at that time. Writer told her to lift it for the second time around. She did but dropped her bottom again causing this RN left ring finger slid at the bedpan and stuck between resident bottom over the bedpan and bed. Charge RN [REDACTED] aware.
