Strong perfume rancid and sweet chemical smell in the fishbowl it 's gradually getting stronger since [REDACTED]. It is making me nauseated and causing a headache. [REDACTED] it is the worst it has been. I would like to be able to see a provider in order to get meds for the nausea and headaches. Last time I had asked my supervisor if I should file a workers comp claim and see a doctor so there is documentation that this is physically affecting me she said she did not know what to tell me but not to do that just yet because she would talk to the staff about the perfume policy.
