Before the incident

I was going to put water in a flower vase

What happened

As I was going to fill a flower vase my foot caught the rug in front of the front desk and I fell causing the vase to shatter and my chin hit the tile floor. I started to bleed and went to PH Same Day Clinic where I had to get 3 stitches in my chin.
