What happened
CNA was 1-1 sitter took over sitting. [REDACTED] was in bathroom alone with door closed. I knocked on the bathroom door and opened the door. [REDACTED] was bent over with his back towards the door pants around his ankles at his feet. Gait belt down around legs pt startled and fell forward. I grabbed onto his gait belt and he turned around and hit me in the chest. I backed away and he hit me again in the chest. I pushed my staff assist button and moved away from him.
