What happened
While assisting in a incontinent change patient was turning i was helping him stay turned and strained my back in addition... patient was discontinued from hand mitts patient started pulling wires and foley. While attempting to put mitts back on patient got agitated and whipped left hand into my stomach. I felt okay so we continued with the change. After change we pulled him up in bed agitated him more and he hit my right shoulder.
