Medication pass assisting patient to the bathroom
What happened
I was assisting one of my patients in [REDACTED] to the restroom. She ambulated to the bathroom just fine but as she was turning around to sit on the toilet she suddenly passed out. I caught her lowering her down to the toilet and yelled for help. I was unable to get her fully on the toilet due to my positioning. I continued to yell for help and when no help arrived I used my staff locator button to trigger a code grey to get staff into the room as fast as possible. I was alone with the patient for about one-two minutes before the first helper arrived. During this I began to feel pain in my lower back that shoots up to my left shoulder. The pain did not subside with releasing the patient.
