What happened

I was transporting an inpatient from our unit to Xray (ED) and then back up to [REDACTED] to her room. Even though the patient 's floor bed had been plugged in it had no power. I debated on doing the transport like this but really had no choice. I did the transport with the dead bed. When I returned to CVO I gathered my things and clocked out. My left leg was so sore that I went very slowly and stopped a few times on my way to my locker (by the old PACU). When I was walking out towards the [REDACTED] (to employee parking) I heard felt a pop in my left knee hamstring area. I could not move. I leaned into the wall for support. Right then Dr. [REDACTED] came walking up and asked if I was okay. I said yes but really I knew that I wasn 't. I couldn 't put ANY weight on my left leg. I used my phone and vocera 'd a CVO nurse and told her to have someone please bring a wheelchair and take me to my car. [REDACTED] our Charge Nurse came with the chair and got me to my car. Finally by [REDACTED]
