The patient became angry and repeatedly asked if she could go home. I told her that I was not sure and that I would ask her nurse. The patient becomes upset and angry with me. repeatedly asking why she could go home. I asked if I could change her because she was wet. The patient then pulled out her nasal cannula causing her oxygen saturation to drop to 80 Pct.. she stated that she could not breath I attempted to help her by putting the cannula back on but she pulled my mask and scratched my lips with her fingernail causing my lips to open and bleed. call cod gray.
