What happened
I was sitting at the charge desk and the pt from 310 was walking with her IV pole [REDACTED] RN caught the pt as she almost fell I grabbed a rolling chair from the nurses station and she fell backward into it. I then maneuvered her from the opening of the nurses station by 316 to her room 310 pushing her and trying not to hit the walls or dump her out of it. I then got her back to bed and she kept trying to get out of bed she is very unsteady and confused with stage 4 breast ca mets to bone. I have put her back to bed many times helping with her feet lifting them into bed. Now my pain is severe. Mid back and lower back. She had a PCA dilaudid at the time.
