I was taking care of a patient in room 143 (PHSW FBC) and tripped over the foot pedal of a wheelchair. I fell hard on the floor hitting my forehead right elbow (causing pain to right arm and shoulder) left elbow and both knees. I was taken to the ED in a wheelchair.
