[REDACTED] being filed on behalf of caregiver. Caregiver writes I was on 4W. This pt was steady all day with transfers. Just a contact guard. Admitted for observation of low electrolytes. The injury happened about [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] and I transferred many times that day with no problem. I was standing at an angle in which my left arm was to her right shoulder. [REDACTED] stood and lost balance and fell into my arm chest. No patient injury but I caught her onto my left side body. I didn 't feel any pain in the moment nor any indicator of damage. [REDACTED] though I started having 5 10 left sided chest pain that would worsen on inhaling. This was end of [REDACTED] so I finished and left work as normal. Pain continued and I called out next [REDACTED] [REDACTED] because of it. My family 's got some bad cardiac history so it freaked me out. Went to UC and it was deemed at left side chest wall muscle strain.
