pushing bed and stretchers

House Manger floated me to CT scan Department transported patients from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] Emergency Department but most of my transported patients are in [REDACTED] north. While transporting patients in the hallway I experienced sudden pain and strain in my neck shoulder and my back. The injury occurred during patient transfer process which involved pushing and maneuvering the stretcher through hallways and turns. The movement required physical effort and I felt discomfort that worsened as I continued the task. After the transport I noticed increasing pain sweating clammy skin nausea fast heartbeat and shortness of breath. Informed one of the staff in CT scan dept and staffing that I don 't feel good and sent me home.
