What happened
S2S being entered on RNs behalf- On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reached out to unit leadership to report right shoulder pain and being unable to lift her right arm after working as resource RN on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] helped with several check and changes for heavy 2PA patients between the two nights and at the conclusion of the 2nd shift her right shoulder began hurting. [REDACTED] she was able to relieve the pain with Tylenol alone [REDACTED] she needed Tylenol but wasn 't able to fully relieve the pain and took LC and [REDACTED] she needs Tylenol every 4 hours and is having trouble sleeping because of the pain.
